  • Step 1 - Take a Test Drive or Subscribe

    Are you a toe dipper, or a diver-inner?

    Take a Trial

    Signup and select "Employer" when the option appears. This will enable most search functionality to provide ranked lists of active (but deidentified) candidates.

     

    Note - candidate identities, contact details and downloadable CVs are not available in trial mode.

    Subscribe

    Take a trial via the process to the left, and then either click on the "request subscription" option in trial mode, or contact us to activate your a subscription.

    Once activated you will have full access to all data and can search for and engage with as many candidates as you like for the duration of your subscription.

  •  Step 2 - Search for candidates

    Once your employer profile has been created you can commence searching for your ideal candidate by:

    • selecting and weighting search criteria from over 500 relevant skills & experiences
    • filtering by security clearance, citizenship, location and affirmative action group as necessary.
    • candidates will be ranked in order of their best match against the criteria you apply.
    • click on the candidate ID to view detailed candidate profiles.

  • Step 3 - Connect with candidates

    Candidates will be presented in two forms:

    • Actively seeking work - these candidates have released their identity, contact details and CV to all employers within the platform. Feel free to connect with them directly (ie. by email, phone or linkedin) to explore options.
    • Open to offers - these candidates have withheld their identities and wish to be contacted through a platform generated email that describes the role you are offering. This email will include your identity and contact details to enable the candidate to connect directly with you if they wish.

  • Step 4- Shortlist candidates

    • Create your own shortlists and assign candidates.
    • Share shortlists with others in your organisation for team recruiting.
    • Add comments against candidates in shortlists to keep track of who you liked the most.

  • Step 5 - Attract candidates

    • If a suitable candidate is not yet available within the platform you may wish to attract them by advertising a role on our Hot Jobs page.
    • AUKUS Jobs will also circulate your roles via our social media to further assist in attracting the skills you need.
    • Platform subscriptions include a number of free Hot Job advertisements.

  • Step 6 - Be vigilant

    • We recommend checking the platform at least once per week for new candidates with the skills and experience you need.
    • A selection of our latest candidates are included on our Top Talent page.
    • Follow AUKUS Jobs on LinkedIn and your feed will include regular summaries of new candidates from our Top Talent page.
    • We also circulate your roles via our social media to assist in attracting the skills you need.
    • Platform subscriptions include a number of free advertisements for roles that are provided using our template.

    How do I know my data is safe?

    How do I know the data on a profile is accurate?

    Just like in a traditional CV, we can't guarantee that jobseekers are not stretching the truth. However; we do provide greater visibility and findability of skills and experience, so these situations will be more obvious and harder to disguise. If you think a profile is not quite accurate, submit feedback and we will investigate.

    Is the level of my security clearance publicly available?

    No. We only collect and display that you hold a current security clearance. Potential employers will anticipate the level of security clearance you most likely hold from your CV and other aspects of your profile. They will confirm your security clearance during conversations if you agree to connect.

    Will my current employer know that I am in the job market?

    Not unless you want them to. Jobseekers have an option to hide their identity until they are contacted by potential employers who will reveal their identity, the company they work for, and the nature of the opportunity they wish to discuss with you. Jobseekers can choose to reject requests to connect without revealing their identity.

    How does AUKUS Jobs keep the data accurate?

    AUKUS jobs will identify and rectify inconsistent data where we can; however the freshness, completeness and accuracy of jobseeker profiles remains a jobseeker responsibility, just as it does in a traditional CV-based recruitment process. It is inevitable that some jobseeker profiles will be more complete and actively maintained than others, and that these will appear higher in search rankings. This might be a good thing - do you really want to hire someone who can't be bothered updating their skills and experience profile when they are looking for a job?
