AUKUS Jobs makes the skills, experience and aspirations of jobseekers and students instantly findable for employment and upskilling opportunities within the Australian defence industry.
AUKUS Jobs believes that the traditional candidate shortlisting process whereby jobseekers submit tailored CVs and covering letters for recruiting staff to manually filter and rank is slow, inaccurate, expensive, wasteful and (for the jobseeker) quite often unfair. We believe that skills (not jobs) are the commodity in demand, and that current platforms for advertising and finding skills do not serve the defence industry well.
In response AUKUS Jobs has built a talent finding platform for the Australian defence industry. By allowing jobseekers to numerically score their skills, experience and aspirations against a rich freamework of over 500 defence relevant categories; and by allowing employers to aggregate and weight the skills and experience of their "ideal candidate", our platform can reduce what was once a four week shortlisting process to several minutes.
