    Best practises for Jobseekers

    • Code up as many skills as you can - employers often find suitable candidates by their secondary skills. Having secondary skills helps you rise closer to the top of ranked lists when employers list multiple skills & experiences in their ideal candidate.
    • Don't forget to hide your profile if you find a job.
    • Understand your visibility settings:

    - "Actively Seeking Work" will share your skills and identity with any employer using the platform.

    - "Open to Offers" will share your skills but not your identity with employers. You can still be contacted by employers as an anonymous candidate, but please understand that employers are twice as likely to engage with candidates who share their identity and contact details with their profile.

    - "Not currently seeking Work" will hide your profile and identity until you returh ot the job market.
